Food For Change – Helping with Hands event – Victoria, Australia

It is the Mission of Food for Change to alleviate food insecurity in Australia. Produce grown on the farm is distributed to charities. You can learn more about the charity on their website at Food for Change.

The Barenbrug team helped by doing a variety of tasks on the farm such as building new garden beds, weeding, and pruning. We sent two groups, the first on 13 September and the next on 18 October. Each group enjoyed helping on the farm for such a worthy cause, as well as spending time together outside as a team.
