Barenbrug Holland welcomed ‘de Zonnebloem’

The Zonnebloem is a Dutch volunteer Association who is committed to people with physical limitation due to illness, age or handicap. These people live on their own, but their world is smaller and they can be lonely more often. The Zonnebloem organize holidays, days out for example museum visits but also a home visit from one of the many volunteers.

The Zonnebloem came to visit our office on 19 February 2024. A group of 10 colleagues prepared a warm welcome and an informative afternoon for the 42 visitors. There were flowers on the tables, coffee with cake. They saw the company movie, got a tour through our company completed with several presentations. They also got a little present; a Barenbrug can with with syrup waffles. This way they can remember this present visit while drinking tea or coffee at their homes.
